Samantha Graham

Bio

Samantha Graham is the Director of Community Initiatives at IEI.

Samantha is originally from Hendersonville, NC. She received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University. Prior to joining IEI, Samantha worked in broadband programming at the state level and community engagement initiatives on behalf of NC State University. She enjoys reading, going to the movies, visiting plant nurseries, and playing in parks in North Carolina. Samantha and her husband Will live in downtown Raleigh with their three young children and dog, Frankie.

Samantha has been with IEI since 2022.
