Housing challenges affect every family, community and industry across North Carolina. As the finale of IEI’s three-year Future Forward Infrastructure series, the 2027 Emerging Issues Forum will bring policymakers, industry experts, researchers, educators and community leaders together to examine the state’s housing landscape and identify innovative solutions that meet the needs of every North Carolinian.
Dating back to 1986, the Emerging Issues Forum is an annual gathering of thought leaders and stakeholders across various perspectives and backgrounds to discuss challenges and opportunities for North Carolina’s future.
