Pallavi Patil is the Hunt Intern at IEI. Pallavi analyzes North Carolina public policy and prepares information and communication for the annual Emerging Issues Forum.
Pallavi is from Charlotte, NC. They are currently an undergraduate student at NC State University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in political science with a public policy concentration and minors in nutrition, global health, and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies. Previously, they have interned with non-profits focusing on health policy, nutrition policy, social justice, and economic mobility, and served in NC State’s Student Senate and executive branch. They enjoy making pressed flower jewelry, cooking vegetarian food and camping in the mountains. Pallavi is a middle child with two sisters and the most adorable cavapoo puppy named Otto.
Pallavi has been with IEI since 2023.
