Katherine Helms

Katherine Helms is IEI’s Hunt Intern for the 2024-2025 academic year. She is a junior at NC State University majoring in political science with a minor in statistics. Katherine is on the NC State swim team and competes in freestyle and individual medley events. She is on the NC State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and also serves as the Civic Engagement Subcommittee Chair for Pack United, a student-athlete nonprofit organization focused on promoting social justice and civic engagement.
