Bio

Cherish is a Community Initiatives Program Associate at IEI. She works with faith communities to increase community engagement and awareness for the improvement of public health programs especially in rural North Carolina.

Cherish is from Four Oaks, North Carolina. While working to complete her bachelor’s degree in public health, she worked at the New Hanover Arboretum- Ability Garden NC Extensions Programs as an intern. In her free time, Cherish enjoys reading, painting and cooking/baking.

Cherish has been with IEI since 2024.
