Results: A conversation and book signing with Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and Steve Kadish

Join Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (R) and his former chief of staff, Steve Kadish (D) for in-depth discussions on bridging political divides to effectively serve the needs of the public while renewing people’s faith in public service. This event is hosted by NC State University’s Institute for Emerging Issues and School of Public and International Affairs.

Two sessions will be held on Monday, March 20. The first, from 3 – 4:30 p.m., will be tailored for public administrators, nonprofit staff and others interested in effective public administration. The second, from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m., will feature NC State University Chancellor Randy Woodson and will be tailored for students, faculty and staff. Refreshments will be served at both sessions. 

The first 50 attendees who register for the 3:00 session and the first 25 attendees who register for the 5:30 p.m. session will receive a free copy of Baker and Kadish’s book, RESULTS: Getting Beyond Politics to Get Important Work Done. Baker and Kadish will be available to sign copies of their book after each session. No books will be available for purchase at the event.
